Conveyors and Conveyor Systems

To meet a variety of material handling requirements, Keller Sales offers a wide range of conveyors including, but not limited to:

Screw conveyors: One of the oldest and simplest methods for moving bulk materials and consist primarily of a conveyor screws rotating in a stationary trough. Screw conveyors are compact, easily adapted to congested locations and can be mounted horizontal, vertical, and in inclined configurations. Screw conveyors are used in thousands of applications in almost every industry.
Incline conveyor: Used to convey material from one floor to another (usually a flat belt).
Cleated Belt conveyor: Used to transport product between different elevations (greater than 24°). Cleats permit use at steeper inclines up to 45°. The cleats eliminate material rollback at steep inclines.
Edge wall conveyor: The wall is at the edge of the belt and ranges from 1” to 8”
Side wall conveyor: The wall is 3” recessed from the edge of the belt. Specifically designed for steep conveying work, the belt buckets have a high capacity to eliminate material rollback at steep inclines.
Horizontal slider conveyors: Used in many types of material handling situations such as assembly line operations, sorting, packing and inspection.
Live Roller conveyor: Used to meet conveying needs from light to heavy duty. The rollers are powered by a belt, O-rings, or chains depending on the capacity required.
